Within a reflex, Sebastian brought his hands to his face at the same moment Dante threw his fist into his cheek, throwing Sebastian across the street and into the wall of the opposite building.

The dirt and sweat coated her face, smothering her under the brown blanket and saturated her clothes with the putrid smell. It was like a hot fume, sizzling upwards off the rock and squeezing the sweat out of her like wringing a towel.

To All New Readers of My Demonic Ghost -

The novel centres around a young male ghost, Lock, and the consequences of our choices and how it changes our roles when entering into the after life.

It's a dark romance story about how the young ghost and a human girl, Rachael, come across each other by the untimely death of the Rachel's father. The ghost boy is what the spirits call Banished, as he has broken the one rule you are never meant to break. To kill yourself or to kill another human being.

To escape his punishment, the Banished Spirit clings to a human host (the young girl) and attempts to seek refuge within ‘The Third Realm’. Reluctantly Rachael agrees to help him by assisting the spirit into the Seven Realms of the Seven Deadly Sins.

I can see locks character with his expression in this. Jaz always told me the the art work reinforces the story and I see where he's coming from

Is this where banished spirits are.......banished? Cool!

Lol, not quite. It's symbolic of the banished spirit situation. How they are trapped and set in chains (like Rachael and Lock together). They are not free spirits, and are bound to the earth to hide and hunt in secrecy from the Reapers and hunters.

Banished Spirits are usually sent to a Sin Realm - where they are trapped until their soul is destroyed to be rebuilt into a new soul. It's like putting them back into the cooking mixture - destroying what they are completely and starting fresh.

They would have to anyway otherwise it'll get like... really really crowded wouldn't it? we're talking every soul that has ever existed. It'll be absolutely BILLIONS OF BILLIONS x ENTERNITY.
